
We build railings for all uses: outdoor decks,
balconies,
lofts, etc. Red Cedar Railing on your outdoor decks should last longer than
your house. Cedar trees from the area have been used for posts and poles since
the late 1800's. A big share of those are still in fence lines today. The ones
that were used for poles that were up off of the ground are just as solid today
as they were over 100 years ago. Most log railing used for houses are
either some sort of pine or white cedar. With proper maintenance these
should last for a very long time. But if they are not treated often they will
decay in a hurry. We have been replacing some of these, that were not cared for
properly and our customers really like there red cedar railings.

(dowels).
We have
6",5",4",3",and 2" diameter poles. We can do larger
diameter for special orders.

for you to get your new railing for your new home or to replace your old one:

*We will sell the poles to you and you build.
*We sell to several area contractors. So specify that
you want Rocky Mountain Juniper for your rail.
*We can build the railing in our shop and then you or your
contractor install it.
*We can cut, drill, and tenon the poles for you and you or
your contractor can finish.
